Psi Tau Chapter History

Brothers from the Central Kentucky region were congregating in Frankfort for occasional graduate chapter meetings. With the greater number of Brothers residing in and around Lexington, several of the brothers joined together in the St. Martins Village neighborhood to lay the ground work for forming a local graduate chapter. In their efforts, under the leadership of 5th District Representative Fred Pickett, the Psi Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. was established on June 10, 1961.
